Who we are
BrimScout was built by a founder who also runs three consumer brands, each through its own separate company. We started on those brands, working through the same ads, listings, supplier orders and stock questions that other sellers face.
BrimScout is your all-in-one ecommerce team. Software helps us find and prepare the work. A person reviews it and works with you on what happens next.
What the team does
- Store operations: account issues, catalog work and the daily tasks that need an owner.
- Ads: Meta, TikTok and Google, each run on its own numbers, with budgets tied to product costs and profit. Amazon Ads is coming soon.
- Listings: product information, images and proposals that follow each marketplace’s rules.
- Stock: demand, supplier lead times and restock plans.
- Creators and affiliates: product briefs, samples, follow-up and sales tracking.
You approve the big moves
We agree the accounts, work and limits with you first. Proposed changes include a reason and the math. You approve them individually or set a standing approval with limits. We check what happened after a change and keep a record.
The free audit only reads your data. We do not ask you to share passwords through a form or email.

$299/month per module per store, or $999/month per store for Full Growth (all live modules), plus 10% of the profit we add. 7-day free trial. Based on your last 60 days. Cancel anytime. What does BrimScout do?

How much does BrimScout cost?
Pick only what you need: each module (TikTok Shop, Shopify, Ads, Creators) is $299 per month per store, or get all of them with Full Growth for $999 per month per store. Amazon is coming soon. Does BrimScout work with Amazon?
Amazon is coming soon. BrimScout's own Amazon API connections are in progress, and Amazon account management starts only after Amazon approves them. We do not sell Amazon account management today.
Does BrimScout work with Shopify and TikTok Shop?
We work on Shopify stores and TikTok Shop operations, including listings, stock and creator programs. We also manage ads on Meta, TikTok and Google, each on its own numbers; Amazon Ads is coming soon. Access and available connections depend on your account and platform approval. We confirm the scope with you before work begins.
