Getting started

Ask for the free profit audit. Send your name, work email, store link and, if you like, your monthly ad spend through the form on our home page.
Send your data for the audit. We will email you within one business day with how to send your Amazon Sponsored Products bulk file, or how to give us view-only access. The audit only reads your data. Nothing in your account changes.
Review the audit together. We walk you through where the money went and the changes we would make first.
Agree the pilot. We write down your baseline (your last 60 days of sales, ad spend, ACOS and profit), the accounts and campaigns in scope, and your limits. We both approve it before anything changes.
Connect your accounts and costs. We set up access with you and load each product's cost, so profit is right from day one.
Approve changes. Proposed work waits for you in Approvals, each item with its reason and the math. You can approve them one by one, or set a standing approval for changes under an amount you choose.
Weekly review. We review results with you every week. Each month you see the profit increase over your baseline and the fee, if any.

Frequently asked questions

What does it cost?
During the pilot there is no base fee. You pay 20% of the profit increase over your signed baseline. A month where profit does not go up costs nothing. See our Terms of Service.

Who pays for the ads?
You do, directly to Amazon and the other platforms. Creator fees and samples are also paid by you. We never hold your money.

Do you make changes without asking?
No. Changes are made only with your approval, either one at a time or under a standing approval you set. Protected brand terms are never blocked or paused, and we stay inside your limits.

What access do you need?
For the audit, a bulk file or view-only access. For the pilot, access to the accounts and campaigns in scope, and your cost per product. We never ask for your passwords.

Do you guarantee results?
No. We show you the math behind every change and measure the result against your baseline, but marketplaces, competitors and demand are outside our control.

Do you use AI?
Yes, in the Ask Scout chat, which uses Anthropic's Claude to answer questions about your own data. Its answers can be wrong, so check figures before you act on them. The bid and keyword changes we propose come from our own rules software. See our Privacy Policy.

Do you sell or share my data?
No. Your data is used only to provide BrimScout to you, never for another client. See Data Processing.

Can I stop at any time?
Yes. Email us and we stop making changes. We remove our access, give you your change log and data, and then delete your data. See section 15 of our Terms of Service.

Do creators disclose that they were paid?
Yes. Every brief requires creators to disclose paid and free-product relationships in each post and to use the platform's disclosure tools. We never trade products for Amazon reviews.

Which marketplaces do you support?
Amazon in the United States, with data from TikTok Shop, Shopify and Meta ads. Ask us about other marketplaces.

I forgot my password.
Email us from the address on your login and we will reset it. A reset signs out all of your sessions.

How do I add or remove a team member?
Email us. Each person gets a separate login, limited to your accounts.

Accessibility

We want BrimScout to be usable by everyone, and we aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We have not yet had the site independently audited, so some pages may fall short. If something on our site is hard to use with a screen reader, keyboard or other assistive technology, email support@brimscout.com with "Accessibility" in the subject line. We will reply within one business day and help you get what you need in another way while we fix it.
